Sweet potato and parsnip purée

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium parsnip, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 8 scoops specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)

Method

  1. Boil the sweet potato and parsnip until soft in unsalted water then drain.
  2. Blend the vegetables together until smooth, and then stir in specialist formula.
  3. Add a little boiled water if too thick.
