Sweet Potato and Parsnip Purée

Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 medium parsnip, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 8 scoops specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)
Method
- Boil the sweet potato and parsnip until soft in unsalted water then drain.
- Blend the vegetables together until smooth, and then stir in specialist formula.
- Add a little boiled water if too thick.
