Apple and Pear Purée

Ingredients
- 2 dessert apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 pear, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 8 scoops of specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)
Method
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and cook gently in a pan with a little water over a low heat until all the fruit is soft.
- Drain any excess water then blend to a smooth purée.
- Add the specialist formula and stir well.
