Apple and pear purée

Ingredients

  • 2 dessert apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 pear, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 8 scoops of specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)

Method

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and cook gently in a pan with a little water over a low heat until all the fruit is soft.
  2. Drain any excess water then blend to a smooth purée.
  3. Add the specialist formula and stir well.
