Pea and potato purée

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 8 scoops specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft in unsalted water then drain.
  2. Boil the peas until soft in unsalted water then drain.
  3. Blend the vegetables together until smooth.
  4. Mix in the specialist formula in the blender or with a spoon.
  5. Add a little boiled water if too thick.
