Pea and Potato Purée

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 100g frozen peas
- 8 scoops specialist formula (Althéra/Alfamino)
Method
- Boil the potatoes until soft in unsalted water then drain.
- Boil the peas until soft in unsalted water then drain.
- Blend the vegetables together until smooth.
- Mix in the specialist formula in the blender or with a spoon.
- Add a little boiled water if too thick.
