As your child grows and you grow in confidence, you are sure to find all kinds of other family meals that you can try, or adapt so they are suitable for CMPA.

We’ve aimed to make sure all of these recipe suggestions contain the right balance of ingredients for busy family cooking – namely nutrition, ease of prep, and tastiness for kids and adults alike. Even if they don’t all take your fancy, you should find some instant winners and plenty more to grow into over time.
