Egg-less Toad in the Hole

Ingredients

  • Egg-less Toad in the Hole ~10m+
  • 50g of plain flour
  • 6 pre-cooked milk-free cocktail sausages 
  • Drizzle vegetable oil 
  • 120 ml hypoallergenic formula (add 4 scoops to 120ml of water)

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C / gas mark 6 and place an oiled non-stick bun tin in to warm
  2. Whisk your flour and the dissolved hypoallergenic formula mix into a batter 
  3. Pour the mixture equally into the oiled tin 
  4. Place a sausage into each batter pool then place into the oven
  5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
