Sleeping problems

Baby struggling with sleep.

Many babies will have difficulty falling or staying asleep during their first year of life and maybe even beyond. A baby begins to adapt to the normal night day cycle during the first month of life and likely won’t have a full night of sleep before they reach 3 months of age.

“Newborns sleep for 3 to 4 hours at a time, night or day”
