Oatmeal Porridge

Recipe of dairy-free oatmeal porridge for children's breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100ml water
  • 10g oat flakes
  • 25g hypoallergenic formula
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 40g apple puree
  • 5ml honey (honey is not suitable for children under the age of 1)

Method

  1. Add the water hypoallergenic formula and oats to a saucepan (you may need to blend your oats first, depending on the kind of consistency you want)
  2. Mix well and cook on a medium heat until thick and runny, not too sticky
  3. Add the apple puree and cinnamon and mix until fully warmed through
  4. Spoon out into bowls and add honey to taste (honey is not suitable for children under the age of 1)
