Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
- 100ml water
- 10g oat flakes
- 25g hypoallergenic formula
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 40g apple puree
- 5ml honey (honey is not suitable for children under the age of 1)

Note: Some hypoallergenic formula contain lactose and/or extensively hydrolysed milk protein.
For allergens, always check the ingredients list on the label of each product purchased for use in these recipes.
Method
- Add the water hypoallergenic formula and oats to a saucepan (you may need to blend your oats first, depending on the kind of consistency you want)
- Mix well and cook on a medium heat until thick and runny, not too sticky
- Add the apple puree and cinnamon and mix until fully warmed through
- Spoon out into bowls and add honey to taste (honey is not suitable for children under the age of 1)
